Participant Agreement: WHEREAS, the Columbia Basin Rodeo Association/Moses Lake Roundup Rodeo a Nonprofit organization, is sponsoring a rodeo & Demo Derby which is a public event and participated in by various persons who have varying degrees of skill and qualifications to participate in a rodeo & demo, including those with little or no skill whatsoever,: and WHEREAS, the undersigned by his or her signature below hereby applies for permission to participate in the rodeo subject to the following:

IT IS AGREED: The undersigned certifies that he/she is over eighteen (18) years of age and holds a valid Driver's License, and to abide by all rules and regulations promulgated by the promoters and officials from time to time and agrees their decisions shall be final, conclusive and binding. The undersigned assumes all risk of injury, death, or damage incurred by him/her or to his/her person and property and acknowledges that he/she has fully read and understands the above. The execution by which the undersigned material has taken consideration in being granted permission to participate in the Moses Lake Roundup & Demo Derby. The undersigned participant will be allowed to enter the Rodeo & Demo.
